That's Why I Built This.

I spent years doing everything the fitness industry told me to do. More cardio. Fewer calories. Stricter discipline. And for a while, it worked. I ran up the corporate ladder in business and I pushed through exhaustion like it was a badge of honor.

Then my body stopped cooperating. The cravings came. The fatigue set in. The belly fat that never used to be there suddenly wouldn't budge. I was doing more than ever and getting less than ever in return.

"That's when I realized the 'eat less, move more' approach doesn't just stop working. It actively works against you. Especially for women."

I dove deep into the science of female metabolism, hormones, and cortisol. I rebuilt my own approach from the ground up. And when dozens of women started walking into my gym with the exact same frustrations, I knew this wasn't just my story. It was a pattern the industry was ignoring.
