Why am I Hosting This Challenge?
At Fit And Toned Over 40, LLC, we've been incredibly successful and have helped countless women over 40 get started on doing the same! But I have come to realize that my experience and expertise go far beyond just starting out.
I've mastered SO many skills, and built such a DEPTH of knowledge - that I can really help those who are ready to learn the tools of what works during the perimenopause and menopause years... through the protocols, strategies and frameworks we have in place!
